Payment is for commercial printing, graphic design, bindery, finishing, and/or related services and products as described in the associated estimate, invoice, quote, or order confirmation. You authorize Old Town Printing Inc. to charge the payment method provided for the amount shown on the invoice or payment request. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Refunds or reprints are issued solely at the discretion of Old Town Printing Inc. Claims regarding defects, shortages, or errors must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery or pickup.
